Sequence Retrieval

The Sequence Retrieval tools allows you to extract sequences by providing the sequence name. The extracted sequence will appear in the new tab of your bowser.

If you want to extract chromosome subsequence, you need to select chromosome name in the Genome Location select box and select genome dataset in Database select box. And then input region in Genome Location input boxes.
