Homepage Overview

The BnaOmics homepage is divided into a few key areas to help facilitate navigation.

The Data section is divided into 6 types data, including genomics, variations, phyenotypes, populations, transcriptomics and epigenomics. Users can click on the green button to view details of each data types.

The Search section contains links to common tools and data search interfaces.

The homepage also has the traditional pull-down menu bar in the header, which provides access to the B. napus major variaties pages, data, search pages, tools, and about pages.

The Major Varieties menu in the header contains B. napus major varieties information overview pages.

The Batch Download is a page to batch download epigenomics, variations, phyenotype, populations, reference genomes, re-sequencing and transcriptomics data.
